Your role:
- Work together with a team on a production line
- Monitor and operate your production lines
- Solve small technical issues (we will train you)
- Motivate and support your team

What we’re looking for:
- Basic technical interest (or willingness to learn)
- Experience in production is a plus (not required)
- Basic English or Dutch
- Flexible for working morning shifts
